For only €1.- per hour, ZZiPi users are guaranteed a charged phone battery. Our goal is to provide our users with a ZZiPi powerbank wherever they need. ZZiPi makes sure you always stay connected to your social network. Once you’re done charging, simply return the ZZiPi powerbank to the nearest charging station and your fee will end automatically. HOW CAN I USE ZZIPI?
1. Download the ZZiPi app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Create a ZZiPi account.
3. Find a ZZiPi location on the map.
4. Scan de QR-code on the ZZiPi loading station.
5. Take out your ZZiPi-powerbank.
6. Charge your mobile device.
7. Return the ZZiPi-powerbank to the nearest loading station.
8. Your payment is automatically charged from your bank account.
CAN I RENT MORE THAN ONE ZZIPI?
Right now, it’s only possible to rent one ZZiPi charging station at the time per account. After the rental is finished, the user can rent again at any ZZiPi location.
WHATS THE MAXIMUM RENTAL PERIOD?
The maximum rental period is of a ZZiPi powerbank is 30 hours. After 30 hours the transaction will end and the user can keep the powerbank for personal use without the service of ZZiPi Tech B.V.
WHERE CAN I CHECK MY RECENT TRANSACTIONS?
To find your previous transactions, go to the “My transactions” page. This is found on the “My ZZiPi” page within the ZZiPi app.
HOW DO I PAY FOR ZZIPI?
There are multiple ways to pay for ZZiPi. We offer our users the possibility to pay via Sepa direct debit or creditcard.
How much does using zzipi cost?
For every transaction, ZZiPi charges €0,45 service fee and €1,- for every hour of the ZZiPi powerbank being used. ZZiPi only charges for full hours.
